Legendary Super Saiyan: 2 times Super Saiyan, the user’s energy rises until the user’s body can’t take it anymore.
It's been confirmed by Herms that the constantly rising ki for Legendary SSj is a myth. It's not stated anywhere official.

He cites that the scene where Broly talks about his ki overflowing can be compared with King Piccolo's identical claim when he regains his youth from Shenlong.
And you see I disagree with that. Broli states his power is overflowing well after he transformed. Why would he suddenly feel strain if his power wasn't increasing? Besides, it's not like I'm claiming his power rises infinitely like some do.

I don't believe that makes sense because there's no other way to interpret your original post other than you believing his ki infinitely rises. Obviously his body has a capacity, so it can't simply just rise endlessly if his ki does behave like that.

There's no proof that it does, all we know is that he's well beyond the regular Super Saiyan.
Also, nothing of the sort of abnormal ki increase is stated anywhere official.

It rises until the users body can't take it, so I wouldn't classify that as infinitely rising. There's no proof, but the scene suggests Broli's body is strained by his Ki overflowing sometime after he already transformed.
